Medical officer -Senior medical officer ratio promotion


Suppose there are 3 SMO post vacancies at Varkala,Kollam and Kannur and the MOs at Adoor,Malappuram  and Trissur are eligible by seniority for promotion to SMO post.If they are promoted and posted (OR ALLOWED TO CONTINUE )in the same inistitution they are already working without transferring them to Varkala.Kollam and Kannur ,then the SMO post vacancies at Varkal ,Kollam and Kannur will automatically be converted to MO post Vacancies and which should immediately be reported .Thus on promoting SMOs ,there should be 140 MO  vacancies,and of course they are scattered state wide in different districts.But the ISM authorities are not showing any interest in reporting these vacancies.It is so sad and we have to move towards getting these vacancies reported as early as possible.
